Complete the information below in its entirety. Only one person may register per form.
Registration fee covers all meals during the Rally starting with dinner on April 30th and ending with lunch on May 3rd, workshop materials, and other event costs. Please note that the registration fee does not include any hotel costs which participants will pay directly at the hotel (see additional information on the next page of the form). Participants will also be responsible for covering their own travel expenses and incidentals.
Registration Fees must be paid in full before April 2, 2018.
Any cancellations after April 2, 2018, will not be refunded. No-shows are also not refundable.

We are doing what we can to raise funds to help coaches attend the Rally. If you need financial support, please provide some information and we will contact you by February 15 to let you know if we can provide any support and how much.
All travel, lodging and incidental expenses are the responsibility of the participant. Hotel rates during the Rally (three nights April 30 – May 3) are per person and cover lodging, breakfast and taxes.
Do not contact the hotel directly; all accommodations must be made through this registration process, to assure the conference rate and meet guaranteed quotas.
All participants will be asked to provide a valid credit card or other valid payment at the hotel upon registration. Hotel costs will be charged in AUD, and the amounts provided in USD are based on the current exchange rate as of August 2017.
Please indicate ALL nights you will need lodging at the Fairmont Resort. Those arriving prior or staying after the Rally will be charged the rate per person of: Single: ($141 USD/$178 AUD); Double: ($83 USD/$104AUD/night, payable by the attendee at checkout, includes room, taxes and breakfast only. Other meals and incidentals not included. The Conservation Coaches Network will cover meals during the Rally starting with dinner on April 30th, and ending with lunch on May 3rd.
Check-in: 3:00pm; Check out: 11:00am – The hotel will do everything possible to accommodate early arrivals; however, if a room is not available, luggage can be stored until it becomes available, and will do the same for late departures.
Note: Some organizations, CCNet and CMP boards or CCNet franchises are having meetings the day before or after the Rally, if you plan to attend one of these meetings make sure to consider the extra nights below. If you plan to attend the Rally only, please plan to arrive on the evening of April 30 and depart late on May 3 (after 5PM). If you are a CCNet or CMP board member, please plan to depart on May 4, at or after noon, to attend a board meeting.
Single rooms are limited and reservations for days prior to and after the Rally ($141 USD/$178 AUD Single) ($83 USD/$104AUD Double) will need to be reserved no later than February 12, 2018, or the hotel will not guarantee room availability and/or quoted price.

The Fairmont Resort, Blue Mountains is located at 1 Sublime Point Road, 2780 Leura, New South Wales, Australia, which is approximately 1.5 hours Sydney, Australia.
Information on venue location: Fairmont Resort. Local transportation to the Blue Mountains (Leura is the closest town) to the venue, or from the Sydney airport to Leura. Taxis are readily available at the Leura Railway Station.
Please note that even if you do not usually require a visa to visit Australia as a tourist, you might need one to attend a conference.
We have checked with immigration authorities, and since participants are not being paid by any Australian organization to attend or work at the Rally, you are eligible for the following visas types: 600, 601, 651. Please check visa requirements for Australia and allow for sufficient time for processing, follow this link where you can enter your country information and get guidance on the type of visa.

Immigration authorities have told us that if we provide them with a list of people we are inviting, they will ensure all their embassies and consulates have this information, to streamline your visa request. In accordance with Australia's Privacy Act 1988, any information an event organiser or participant provides to the IECN (International Event Coordinator Network within the Department of Home Affairs) will only be used to facilitate visa processing with the relevant Australian visa office overseas.
We can provide information received up to February 28. We were told that if your information is not provided to authorities it should not adversely affect your visa request, but the process might take longer.
