External Evaluation of CMP and CCNet

In 2014 the Conservation Measures Partnership (CMP) and the Conservation Coaches Network (CCNet) jointly chartered an external evaluation to find out the extent to which their collective efforts have contributed to Results Based Management (RBM) in the conservation sector and to document lessons learned. The evaluation primarily looked at how CMP and CCNet have evolved and implemented strategic actions to develop and advance the adoption and practical use of the Open Standards for the Practice of Conservation (OS). The assessment covers the following time frames: 2002-2013 for CMP and 2009-2013 for CCNet.

Kent H. Redford, Archipelago Consulting; Mark W. Schwartz, University of California, Davis; and Kristin Hulvey, University of California, Davis completed their report in January of 2015.
